The Blackout Shift - “Sounds Like Rock & Roll”
This is an EXCLUSIVE track from The Blackout Shift’s new album, Fuel for Your Rock Tank. You may have heard the drummer, Chris Carr, in Antietam 1862. Bassist Wolfman Dan (from The Laylons and Hellnecks) and Tony Smash (Hellnecks) wanted to work at creating an epic rock band, so they added vocalist Jay Stern and the aforementioned Carr. These tracks aren’t anywhere else on the interwebz. You can get your chance to listen to the rest by coming to the Blackout Shift’s (1st!) show this FRIDAY (3/30) @ Wonderland. They will have the rough mixes of their album plus t-shirts, so don’t miss out. Joining them will be RVA bands:
