Matthew E. White - “Steady Pace”
With his supple baritone and fishtail braid mane, Matthew E. White debuts his latest video for “Steady Pace.” Directed by Travis Robertson, the video depicts White clad in a white suit (a la Tom Wolfe) in a white-background essentially bringing to life the cover of his giant success Big Inner. White shows off his dance moves and blips around the screen, as if there isn’t really just one Matthew E. White, there are several in infinite time slices combining to what we see as one.
White is currently in the UK with some other Spacebomb regulars, and he will be headed to Australia at the beginning of June.

Matt White - “Mary Had a Baby”
Hometapes has included a track by Matt White (Fight the Big Bull) on its 2011 Christmas Compilation, The Never Ending Beginning. The album features all holiday sounds from the extended family of Hometapes.
While I do not generally care for the sound of babies crying, especially in music, White somehow makes it work. Does anything put out by the guy suck?? Prob not.
